Delivery
At Anartism® we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. As such, we offer worldwide shipping on most of our products. Please note that some shipments may incur additional fees.
These charges will be clearly stated on the product listing page and will need to be consulted before purchase.
For products that qualify for free shipping, it will be clearly stated on the product listing page. If the product is eligible for free shipping, you will not be charged any additional fees at checkout. However, in some cases, free shipping may only apply to certain regions or countries. Please contact us first for more information.
We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible once payment has been received. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once your order has shipped, you must contact us to find out the progress of your order.
Please keep in mind that international shipments may be subject to taxes, import duties, and/or customs fees.
These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Anartism® is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during shipment.
Delivery > We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. We will rely on inventory availability and production lead times to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Please note that production and delivery times may need to be adjusted due to high demand.
International Orders > If you place an international order, you may have to pay additional taxes and duties. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping charges.
Shipping & Tracking > We will provide a shipping tracking number whenever available so that you can track your package in real time. All shipping is done through the shipping company designated by us and we cannot guarantee the deadlines established by the shipping companies. Remember contact us to find out the progress of your shipping.
Printing errors > We partner with outsourcing printing companies to personalize our garments. If there is a printing error on the garment, we will not be responsible and cannot provide a refund or change. This is because we release our responsibility in the production of garments by third-party companies. In any case, we will do everything possible so that the responsibility is borne by the printing service outsourcing company.
Delays and losses > We are not responsible for delays or loss of packages that are attributable to the shipping company or by customs. Also, we do not assume extra expenses such as those derived from customs payments.
Address Changes > For security reasons, we are unable to change the shipping address once the order is processed. If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was entered, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred due to the incorrect address.
Returned Package > If a package is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address, refusal to receive the package, non-collection at the delivery point, or any other reason, the customer will be responsible for paying additional shipping fees to resend the package.
With this shipping policy, Anartism® seeks to guarantee a safe shopping experience for its customers and, at the same time, legally protect itself in possible lawsuits that may arise due to errors by third parties unrelated to our brand.

RETURN
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you or your customers notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.
The return address is set by default to the Anartism® facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated e-mail notification will be sent to you.
Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If Anartism's facility is not used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
Wrong Address > If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility.
You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you [if and as applicable].
Unclaimed > Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer [if and as applicable].
You hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address
or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost
[without us issuing a refund].
Anartism® does not accept returns of sealed goods, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. - It is best to advise your end customers to contact you before returning any products.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
Returns for products, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion.
Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our customer service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing pictures of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16[c] and [e] of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights,
the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Once approved you will received a pre-paid return label by e-mail.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are unable to supply return labels for international orders. However they can still be shipped back for a full refund or change. Please ship returns back to our flagship store at the following link. We will give you precise indications of the process and the place where the product[s] should be sent.
Full priced item[s] can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or change. All sale item[s] must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
Refunds will be processed within one week or receipt of returned items. Refunds for orders paid by credit card will be appear on the client's next billing statement. Orders paid by PayPal will be refunded to the original account within 14 days.
Anartism® will not accept returned merchandise that does not follow the terms and conditions stated in our returns and changes policy. Such items will be returned to the sender at the original shipment address.
"Therefore Anartism® reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion".
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
